PRE-COURSE
RECOMMENDATIONS:
The completion of the on-line assessment – 360
Checkpoint by all participants.
DELIVERY
FORMAT:
Invitations to complete the 360 Checkpoint survey
are e-mailed to the student, his/her boss, 5 peers
and 5 direct reports. The student will be notified
in advance of the coaching calls for both the review
of the 360 Checkpoint and their SkillBuilder(s).
TIME
COMMITMENT:
The initial assessment takes 15 minutes per person.
There is a one-hour coaching call to review the results
with the student. The SkillBuilder(s) are set up according
to the outcome of the 360 Checkpoint call. The student
will allow 4 hours (one hour per week) over a one-month
period to complete each SkillBuilder. Also included
are two 30-minute coaching calls.
