COURSE OBJECTIVES:
A multi-rater feedback report from peers, direct reports and boss with a personal skill development plan covering 70 key competencies of leadership.

  • Outline differences between the Manager’s self-perception and the perception of others
  • Compare ratings from a variety of workplace sources
  • Assess the Manager’s performance in skills considered critical to the position

  • Identifies the greatest talents and maximizes the potential of the Manager
  • Measures 70 factors critical to effective job performance, the multi-source survey is both clear and concise

CheckPoint 360 SkillBuilder Series:

  • Helps the Manager perform his/her jobs better by applying the KSS System: Keep Doing the things he/she does well, Stop Doing those things that interfere with his/her effectiveness, Start
  • Doing things that will improve his/her performance
  • Is interactive and self-paced so the manager can maximize his/her developmental time, while minimizing his/her time away from the job.

PRE-COURSE RECOMMENDATIONS:
The completion of the on-line assessment – 360 Checkpoint by all participants.

DELIVERY FORMAT:
Invitations to complete the 360 Checkpoint survey are e-mailed to the student, his/her boss, 5 peers and 5 direct reports. The student will be notified in advance of the coaching calls for both the review of the 360 Checkpoint and their SkillBuilder(s).

TIME COMMITMENT:
The initial assessment takes 15 minutes per person. There is a one-hour coaching call to review the results with the student. The SkillBuilder(s) are set up according to the outcome of the 360 Checkpoint call. The student will allow 4 hours (one hour per week) over a one-month period to complete each SkillBuilder.
