COURSE
OBJECTIVES:
Foundations of Strategy I is an organizational
goal-setting program geared for bottom-line results.
This is achieved through an organizational size-up,
setting a clearly defined mission, establishing appropriate
goals in key areas, setting organizational priorities
and planning their accomplishment, strengthening your
organizational structure, and tracking the progress
of your organization, your employees, and yourself.
COURSE
OVERVIEW:
Foundations of Strategy I assists the participants
in redesigning their organization/department in the
following way:
- Future Organizations, Future Leaders
- Size-Up: Knowing Where You Stand
- Values & Mission: Setting Organizational Standards

- Strategic Marketing: Priorities and Planning

PRE-COURSE
RECOMMENDATIONS:
The completion of a Win/win Agreement, Pre-Seminar
questionnaire, program survey and the first lesson
in preparation for the initial conference call.
DELIVERY
FORMAT:
There will be 6 weekly conference calls and one 30-day
follow-up call set up.
TIME
COMMITMENT:
This program contains 8 development modules and requires
a total of 41 hours as follows:
- 1hour of pre-work
- 7 – 90 minute conference calls
- 30 hours of Self Study
