GAMA International Goes International:
An Invitation to Welcome Your Colleagues from Around the World To Toronto
GAMA International is a 56-year-old not-for-profit association headquartered in the U.S. It is solely dedicated to leadership development and proliferation of field leadership best practices within the insurance industry. Next year, GAMA will be hosting its 45th annual LAMP conference in Toronto, Canada. LAMP, which stands for Leadership and Management Program, will be held at the newly expanded Sheraton Centre Toronto, March 18–21, 2007.
The purpose of the conference is to bring together field and home office leaders from around the world to learn from one another. We come together to sharpen leadership skills, to share ideas collegially, to foster fellowship and friendship and to recognize one another’s accomplishments. Finally, we come together to gain a clearer perspective about the importance of the work that field leaders do every day to help advisors, firms and companies achieve a business impact in the communities in which they serve.
With over 2,000 attendees, 15 distinguished General Session speakers, 27 Leading Practices workshops, the superlative black-tie Celebration of Excellence recognition and awards banquet, and 65 top-notch exhibitors and industry Resource Partners, LAMP is more than a typical association “annual meeting” or “conference”; it is a true leadership development and personal growth EXPERIENCE. Anyone accountable for building and leading an insurance and financial services organization – locally, regionally, or at the corporate level – should plan to attend this world-class event.
